NPSI Alumni Speak

The NPSI Alumni has grown since it graduated its first batch in 2012. A yearly activity is held at the school for alumni to visit, renew ties and share their experiences with current students.

"In hindsight, I cherish the memories I have made throughout my 9-year journey at NPSI. It has been an unforgettable experience which has prepared me well for my next phase in life. I would like to thank all my teachers throughout the years for their dedication and support without which my experience would not have been so memorable."

"I joined NPSI in January and was privileged to have the support of my teachers who helped make me the person I am today. They facilitated my academic pursuits. And what I am most grateful for is the varied opportunities I was given to expand my horizons and develop my character in a holistic way whether it was by playing sports, pursuing music, enhancing my leadership skills or by serving the community."

“During my 6 years at NPSI, I was allowed to grow as a person and explore the different pathways, both academically and creatively for myself. The environment that the teachers and students at NPSI creates makes it feel like another home and this allowed me to push myself out of my comfort zone and challenge myself whenever I was presented with the opportunity. I am the person I am today because of the wonderful teachers I had who guided me through everything, and the wonderful friends I’ve made at NPS. My time here has been unforgettable and the things I’ve learned from the experience will definitely stick with me for life!”

"NPSI has been my home for 7 fantastic years, and during this time I've made some of the best memories of my life. I've witnessed myself grow with the institution. It's been a place of learning, inspiration, opportunities and of course, enjoyment! In my time here, I've connected with so many people that I will cherish for a lifetime. I would like to give a fair share of credit for what I am today to NPSI and thank all its staff, teachers and students for making my high-school a fruitful experience!"

"I was one of the first students to join NPSI when it was established in Singapore back in 2008. I feel privileged and proud to see that the school has firmly positioned itself as one of the most elite institutions in Singapore. I don’t remember NPSI just as a place where I went to learn academics – but as a close-knit community, where we learnt how to work and grow together. It is definitely due to the foundation and spirit that NPSI instilled in me that I now study in one of the world’s best universities."

"When I arrived at NPSI five years ago, I was reluctant to try anything new or challenge myself. The safe environment of NPSI allowed me to discover the things I'm passionate about via the myriad of opportunities available - from the Straits Times competition to volunteering at IMH. I want to thank all my wonderful teachers for answering my endless questions about the smallest things, and for their guidance which helped me achieve my goal of studying medicine. And of course, I’ll never forget the friends I made---from lunch table conversations to our trip to Phnom Penh! I’ll cherish the time I spent at NPSI for years to come."

"Moving to a new country and a new school seemed extremely intimidating to me till I became part of the NPSI family. Even though I spent only two years at NPSI, I made a lot of best friends and had the best moments of my life there. School was just a home away from home and I can never thank NPSI enough for all it has given me."
